Mortgages are a minefield! We are a highly organised team looking to assist, and pride ourselves on attention to detail and finding a product to meet all needs however great or small.
We are able to offer a service that is representative of the whole of market and advise on a whole host of products including first time buyers Home Movers, Remortgages, Buy to Let's - both private and Limited companies, Self Build, Equity Release with associated assurances to cover life, critical illness and income protection and home insurances.
Michelle Doherty
Director / Mortgage & Protection Adviser
Michelle has over 25 years mortgage and protection experience and over 30 years in financial services having started her career in a high street bank before becoming a broker. She set up her own business, Ebbisham Financial Solutions Ltd, just before the pandemic and lockdown which was a very challenging time but pleased that it also proved to be a good starting point from which she has grown the team.
She is very passionate about her works and during her career has dealt with all aspects of home finance specialising in equity release and high networth mortgage lending. Michelle has developed strong relationships with the high street, specialist lenders and Private banks to cover all aspects of residential lending.
In her spare time Michelle likes holidays, walking with her dog, Lucky, socialising and sport, particularly tennis, and she has a season ticket for Fulham which she enjoys going to with her son.
Holly Woolford
Mortgage and Protection Adviser
Holly has been in financial services for the whole of her career, starting out working in PR in the city before moving into mortgage advice. Since starting as a broker in 2016 she has guided hundreds of people through the house buying process making them feel reassured from the start of the process to the day they move in. Holly also holds the equity release qualification which has allowed her to deepen her skills and understanding.
When not at work Holly can be found looking after her two daughters or lacing up her trainers and heading out for a run.
Anita Filby
Mortgage and Protections Adviser
Anita is a former Barclays Premier Manager with over 20 years experience in financial services. She is originally from Norfolk and relocated to Surrey in 2013.
She loves building relationships to help with both short and long term goals and is extremely passionate about helping clients with their mortgage and protection needs. She delivers a first-class service and always go the extra mile to ensure clients are fully informed and get the best advice.
Outside of work she loves her Zumba classes and spending time with her family - She travels back to Norfolk regularly at weekends to visit her family and friends. Anita married in Feb 2022 – finally!!! And is also known in her married name - Anita Hockings. Anita has a 7 year old son who keeps her on her toes and they enjoy days out and holidays together.
Nicole Coady
Mortgage Administrator
Nicole has been with us since March 2021 and took up a full-time role after graduating with a law degree in 2022. She prides herself on her organisational skills and supporting our advisers to keep everything running smoothly. Nicole is always on hand to help and go the extra mile to deal with your enquiries.
Outside of work Nicole enjoys going to the gym and spending quality time with her friends and family. She enjoys her holidays and taking her German Shepherd, Bella, on lots of sunny walks.
Neil Gallacher
Mortgage and Protection Adviser
Neil joined Ebbisham in April 2023 and brings with him over 30 years mortgage and protection experience. Neil has spent the majority of his career in various private and high street banks before becoming a broker.
Neil has provided expert mortgage and protection advice to many clients and their friends and family members and has extensive experience in complex high net worth mortgage lending. Neil prides himself on building and maintaining relationships with his clients and taking the time to understand their needs and circumstances to meet their individual requirements.
When Neil’s not busy looking after his clients, he can be found pounding the streets as a keen runner who wants to tackle the London Marathon. He also likes tiring out the family dog Rocco on long walks and getting away for family holidays.
